Award for Best Use of a Mobile App. JiveWorld is an annual event hosted by Jive Software, one of the world’s leading providers of modern communication and collaboration solutions for business. that attracts more than 1,400 Jive users, product experts and technology partners to network and share best practices. The Expo E.X.C.I.T.E. Awards, which represent the cutting edge in the trade show and events industry, were presented at an awards luncheon on June 25, 2014 in Baltimore, Md. Finalists for the Best Use of a Mobile App category included apps designed for E3 2013, 2014 International CES, LIGHTFAIR International 2013 and 2014 NAMM.

The event app achieved 104 percent adoption as attendees installed the app on both their tablets and phones. Attendees tweeted more than 10,000 times and shared more than 2,000 photos via the app in only three days, an increase of 108 percent YOY. Attendees also rated the overall conference a 4.6 out of 5.
