VANCOUVER, B.C. — May 12, 2016 — QuickMobile, the global leading provider of mobile event apps, today announced the expansion of its executive team with the appointment of Andrew Oh as VP Finance. Oh will be responsible for overseeing QuickMobile’s finance, accounting, HR and IT teams.

Oh brings more than 14 years of financial and accounting leadership experience to QuickMobile, including his latest role as Director of Finance at PlentyOfFish, a global online dating company acquired by Match.com for a headlining US$575 million. He has an extensive background in corporate finance, investment and operations in addition to advising private equity and strategic corporate buyers on due diligence and financial reporting aspects of M&A transactions in Deloitte’s Mergers & Acquisitions Services Practice in New York.
